Can I pay monthly?

You bet! We offer monthly and annual billing. A lot of our customers prefer to go annual because it's the most economical choice, plus you receive additional incentives. Contact us and we can tell you more about it.

Is training provided?

Our training is one area that sets Function Point above the rest. When you start with Function Point your team will work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager. We take great pride in the effectiveness of our team to onboard new customers and support existing customers. Please note that there is an onboarding fee for new customers.

How do I cancel services?

If the time comes when Function Point isn’t working with your team, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager and they’ll work to make sure your transition out of Function Point is smooth.

Do you offer discounts?

Absolutely! If you’re a registered non-profit organization we’ll happily deduct $2/seat from your annual or monthly subscription fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
