Simplify Collaboration with Shared Tasks
When you’ve got hundreds of tasks on the go, keeping it simple is essential. With Shared Tasks, all you need to do is create one Shared Task for the Job — “Logo Design” or “Maintenance,” for example — and everyone involved tracks their time to that Task.
The new task type saves you time and makes it easy to track billable meeting hours by allowing multiple people to track time to a single Task.
- On a Job schedule, click the “+ Task” dropdown.
- Click “Add Shared Task”.
- Assign the Task to the appropriate staff members.
- Click “Save Changes”.
Have a 2-hour client meeting that involves 3 team members? Shared Tasks allows everyone to track time to a single Task, saving you time and keeping your task list more organized.
