#OptimalPrime: The Fastest Way to Find Available User Licenses in FP

Find Available User Licenses
We understand that staff changes at your company can occur and that your FP system may be impacted by these changes. Luckily there’s a quick way to discover how many total FP user licenses your company has, as well as how many are currently in use.
- In your FP system, hover over “Admin”, hover over “Rate and Staff Management”, and click “Staff, Staff Rates and Permissions”. This will bring you to the Admin Staff List page.
- Hover over “+ New Staff” to see:
- Active Users
- Inactive Users
- Total Licenses
- Available Licenses
The hover over makes it easy to quickly see how many of your staff are currently active in FP, so that you can get back to doing the important stuff – like making sure you’re keeping clients happy.
