Get the Most Out of Your Search
Having one central location to work on all your projects means that all your data is stored in one place and is available at your fingertips. When it comes to your business, you want to be able to make informed decisions quickly, rather than weeks after a project is closed.
Using Function Point’s custom search reports, you have access to the real-time data that’ll ensure your everyday decisions are well informed. Whether it’s how much time Sarah spent on design work vs. copywriting, or the health of the projects for your biggest client, custom search reports will show you what you want to know, when you want to know it.
- Click on any module with a “Find” page. For example: “Find Timesheet”.
- Add the filters you wish to search with (for example: “Staff Name” and “Work Date”) and click “Find Timesheets”.
- Click “Manage Columns” to choose what you want to see in your report.
- Click “CSV” and then click “Export Current View”.
Searching for an easy way to view information about team productivity or client profitability? Use the custom search reports on every “Find” page to get the information you need in less time than it takes you to refill your coffee.
