FP Wins in Professional Service Automation Category

For the past 20 years, Function Point has strived to deliver intuitive all-in-one project management software to help alleviate the chaotic nature of operating creative agencies, internal marketing teams and professional service firms.

As a customer-funded business, we treat each of our customers as our partner. That’s why we’re proud to announce that Function Point has been recognized as a Leader in G2 Crowd’s Fall 2017 Professional Service Automation (PSA) Grid®, as well as a High Performer in the Project Management Software Grid® rankings.

G2 Crowd’s Grid® reports leverage customer data reported by authenticated users, as well as vendor market presence — determined by social and public data — to help businesses make the best technology buying decision.

Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender or Niche.

Main Findings From the Grid® Reports

One of the main findings from the PSA Grid® data was that ease-of-setup was consistently an issue with PSA reviewers, holding the lowest average satisfaction rating at 77%. This speaks to the need for strong vendor assistance to implement PSA tools, which Function Point has always strongly believed in. You can check out where Function Point customers rank our ease of implementation compared to other project management softwares.

In the Project Management Software category, one of the key findings across the 303 products listed was that overall satisfaction rates heavily depended on how easily users could manage and organize their work. See what our customers have to say about Function Point’s project management software.
