G2 Crowd’s Grid® reports leverage customer data reported by authenticated users, as well as vendor market presence — determined by social and public data — to help businesses make the best technology buying decision.

Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender or Niche.

Main Findings From the Grid® Reports

One of the main findings from the PSA Grid® data was that ease-of-setup was consistently an issue with PSA reviewers, holding the lowest average satisfaction rating at 77%. This speaks to the need for strong vendor assistance to implement PSA tools, which Function Point has always strongly believed in.
