Function Point Welcomes The Brand Floor: In-House Creative Studios

Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Wulfred Hoefsloot of The Brand Floor: In-house creative studios to Vancouver. Wulfred flew some 7,711 kilometres from the Netherlands to visit us here at FP headquarters. It’s definitely the longest anyone has ever flown to be with us!

To capture the special moment, in between enjoying the rainy weather and eating lots of sushi, we asked the dashing Dutchman some questions. Check out his answers below.

Disruptive. Adding value.

What is something that makes Six Senses unique?
We focus totally on in-house studios. Our goal is to make the marketer’s life easier. We bridge the gaps that classic agencies leave.

How did you decide on the name “Six Senses” for your company?

Nothing romantic here. I saw the Bruce Willis movie The Sixth Sense, was triggered, and claimed the domain (which was available, to my surprise).*

What are the key features you’re looking for in a project management software?

A project management software that gives me control, an overview of my business’s health, and is simple to use.

What attracted you to working with Function Point?

The fact that Chris (FP’s CEO) built it from scratch, with nothing else than agency workflows in his mind.

Why was it important for you to visit Function Point?

Nothing beats face-to-face contact. To me this is the only way to communicate effectively, because all the senses are switched on. You instantly feel whether you share DNA. Video conference eat your heart out 😉

What song would be on the soundtrack to your life?

“I Did it My Way” by Frank Sinatra
