With our focus on people at the centre of everything we do at Function Point, we’re especially honoured to be named a winner in the Customer Service Department of the Year category of the 2018 Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service.

“Providing exceptional customer service has always been our commitment,” says Jeremy Nichvalodoff, Customer Support Team Lead. “In the last 12 months, our team has maintained a 95% satisfaction rate, with a first contact resolution of 94% in comparison to the industry standard of 35%. Being able to deliver that level of support to our customers is something we’re extremely proud of.”

About the Stevie® Awards

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honours for customer service, contact centre, business development and sales professionals.
